Nunu and Muradi O from Tbilisi, Georgia

Israel was always in our heart, but life is not always what you dream for…that took us a long time for different reasons to come to this day and make Aliyah now, this year. One of the main reasons for us to move there is our health condition…especially my husband’s health.  A few year ago he had damaged his left knee…it seemed not too serious at first but later he was obliged to have surgery. Due to the lack of attention by the doctors, infection developed after surgery and he almost died. Because of the infection he was hospitalized for a long time and little by little he became to life… today he feels good but not able to work physically intensively. We are pension age people, and we thought it better for us to move in Israel, as the country benefits are better there compared to Georgia. So, we also wanted to be closer to our daughters…receive good pension…have an insurance and take care for our health. We really want to feel this life as it’s running in Israel…

We know Israel is strong country…that it’s one of the best countries in the world…widely accepts its people and takes care of them from around the whole world…and offers always better life than it was yesterday…
It’s not easy in our age to put whole our life in two suitcases and move onto another world and start life from nothing…but, as I said Israel is a promising country and we don’t want to be afraid of this process now… We will miss a lot about this country too…will miss our relatives here..but…

We were helped a lot by Ezra.  Their help made our repatriation easier. We really didn’t know anything about how to do this process and what kind of documents were necessary to renew and certify. So Ezra explained every moment for us and helped us to cover the expenses we had in this process.
All sponsors are the examples of kindness, and your support meant a lot for us. We were so blessed and may God bless each of you involved in this work.
